REPORT ON NATURE CLUB CELEBRATING WORLD WETLANDS DAY
                                   AND WORLD WATER DAY

On 8th January 2023 Wednesday the IQAC in collaboration with Nature Club of Navajyothi College Olarikkara conducted programme for celebrating world wetlands day and world water day at 3:30 pm. The programme was conducted by natural science and English option. The announcement was done by Riya George from natural science option. The programme began with prayer lead by Indhukrishna and Jesmi Jose. Geethanjali from english option welcomed the Principal Dr.Sr. Gigi Paul, teaching and non-teaching staffs, and student teachers. As a part of world wetlands day, a presentation on wetlands was conducted by Malavika sasi, Neeti Mohan, Densha Varghese and Aleena from natural science option. It was an informative session.  Kavya kannan introduced the water man of India , Rajendra Singh. Mrs. Prasanna was invited to declare the prize winners of photography competition on the topic conservation of water as a part of world water day.  Krishna V C from social science option won first prize, second prize by Liyana and third prize by sr. Joody Daniel. Photographs of all the winners were also presented on programme. The vote of thanks was done by Angeline sebi from English option. With National Anthem programme was concluded at 4 pm.
